Some people aspire to become "professional" photographers ... but not me!. Commercial photography can be a tough way to make a dollar and I already have a great job in information technology. Pursuing photography on an amateur basis gives me the freedom to photograph what I want, when I want and in the way I want. I'm not driven by financial imperatives or market forces or client demands ... I'm simply free to do my own thing.
